Busting

Well this morning's session is done.......................windy ol' morning in Port Melbourne..........my question for today is.......................why aren't public toilets open for those of us moving about? Not even the self cleaning/flushing/dispensing loos were working which created a dilemma for me..................I could either do as the dog does or not!
